First off, she should get 73 delegates out of Michigan, since she did get 55% of the vote. Then she should get 105 out of florida. Then Obama should get none of out Michigan, since he didn’t get any votes and those should be up for grabs. If she gets all of those delegates, they will be tied in delegates. Next, they should count California again, since it is a really important state. Then they could strip Illinois of all of its delegates, since the democrats are going to win that state anyway in the fall. Also, since caucuses are unfair (and those states are unimportant anyway), none of those should count. So obama should have 1465 delegates and clinton should have 1822 This is the scenario that makes the most sense and in this case, clinton has about a 400 delegate lead and enough to clinch the nomination. Yet people are telling her to drop out? The obama people are sooooo desperate at this point. Clinton IS the nominee. She won, it is over. Why is obama still in it?

I just had a kid from the Obama campaign knock on my door and ask me If I am [insert my name], and if I had voted early. He already knew this because he got my name from the rolls and was already identified as someone who had voted early.
So I told him yes, and he asked if I would mind answering a few questions, I said sure, I told him how I voted for the local elections, on question 2 ( florida’s version of California prop 
and then I lied and told him I voted for Obama, I hope everyone who voted for McCain does the same thing.
I voted for third party candidates, democrats, for every other office, and I voted like a true social liberal on all such issues on the ballot.
I only lied about my vote for Obama, I think Obama is a huckster. So I didn’t mind lying to him.

This was fought by the Republicans for a short time, then like Minnesota “To not further divide bla bla bla” and then caved.
Tom Delay, Texas (R). Had false charges levied against him by a Democrat Prosecutor. The charges were bogus. After Delay had been attacked publicly and, he could no longer effectively handle his defense and his public office responsibilities, he resigned and the charges were dropped for lack of evidence or substance. Replaced with a Democrat.
Change names and states, same story. Now it’s Ted Stevens (R) and Alaska. Another frivolous batch of law suits, to be dropped after Stevens is forced out of office. Vacated seat taken by a Democrat.
Norm Coleman/Al Franken Minnesota. Al Franken wins with fraudulent votes. More votes cast that registered voters. Secretary of State an obama plant. Republicans surrender with “To not further divide bla bla bla and caved.”
Latest victim Sarah Paliln. Driven from office by Democrats filing frivolous charges constantly to cost her personal money and the state money to fight. Another example of abuse of the legal system to political purpose.
Obama a/k/a Soetoro began his illegal activity in Chicago in which he used members of the Black Panthers and ACORN to intimidate other Democrats to eliminate any opposition to his start with the seat in the Illinois senate. He has abused the legal system ever since including using the same tactics to reach the White House and change the scope of politics.
There is nothing to keep you from being the next victim. Except those of us attempting to stop the lawlessness that plagues our current legal and election system.
If this isn’t evidence of “Racketeering Influenced Organized Crime” I don’t know what is. In this case obama is just the figurehead. By naming the Democratic Party as a criminal organization, as I believe it qualifies for, we would be going after snakes head.
How can this country have “fair” elections when one party is consistently and regularly violating and abusing the election laws and the legal system for political purposes. And accross state lines.
Do we want multiple crime families vying for votes, or do we want to force the Democrat Party to follow the law and clean up their act so that there is a crime free election system?
This all began with Al Gore and the election in Florida in 2000. It has blossomed like prohibition in Chicago during the Al Capone and Machine Gun Kelly days. We need to put a stop to it.
Is there anyone with the integrity, backbone, and guts to enforce the current law in this country? Or are we, as I contend, now living in a lawless society?

Hey, I just wrote this essay to apply to Georgetown University. Hopefully, you find it interesting but just a few questions. Like is it too out there and theoretical (makes sense when you read it)?
I was told to do this essay on a topic of your choice:
The months leading up to the 2008 presidential election were marked by an expectedly heightened interest in politics at my high school. Students divided themselves as democrats and republicans. Almost as historic as this election was to the nation, was a startling conclusion that I drew from it. I noticed with staggering uniformity that the students’ political parties were shared with their parents. I too was equally victim of this moral hijacking. Similarly, I found, in an even more disquieting trend, that all students shared a common religion with their families. While this may come as obvious, it has unsettling implications about the emergence of one’s character and overall personality.
Parents have this supreme influence over children’s political and religious orientations. The environment overall in which we all develop must have an omnipotent sway over our personality and moral fiber. Simply, why am I a devout Orlando Magic basketball fan, it is because I lived for over ten years in Orlando. I have a desire to be successful in the business world because I have experienced and detest economic mediocrity. I have since been plagued with the question, how much of me, actually is me? It’s something you cannot escape.
Inherent in the theory that environment controls your personality is the fundamental logic of cause and effect. I lived in the Florida sunshine for ten years; as a result, I dislike the New England cold. Even more pervading, all daily monotony is founded in this controlling principle of cause and effect. I am thirsty and therefore I drink, I aspire to attend Georgetown University therefore I am writing this essay. In biology, I have learned that many cellular mechanisms are regulated by surpluses of a particular compound and have a finite relationship between this cause and its affect on cellular metabolism. I see the conditions of society and our families to have a similar cause and effect on our development.
While the bondage of our environment is seemingly unbreakable in its influence on personality and even biological activity, one question pervades this cloud of hopelessness. In the absolute dawn of time, how could that original, catalytic activity have occurred without have its source rooted yet another cause? Even though the 2008 election caused and stimulated a helpless outlook my life, it nonetheless gave me a greater appreciation for life itself.

With everything we’ve witnessed this year from voters being disenfranchised in Florida and Michigan, violent attacks by one camp on another, dirty tricks squads, racist tactics and words, and now Representative Sheila Jackson-Lee is booed in Texas. Her crime? She supports Hillary instead of Obama. Does this mean that democrats believe very little in demcracy and more in cornonations?

Wow they win 11 smaller/mostly red states in a row and think they are sealed for the nomination. As many on here say so oftenly..”talk about counting your chicks before they hatch.”
Have they forgotten that their Messiah has yet to win one BIG state outside of his home state of Illionis? Have the forget that most democrats support Hillary by about 10% more on average? If it were not for the independent vote Obama would be going back to the senate with his tail behind his legs. And for Hillary to remain as strong as she is despite the media bias, Republican attacks, and brainwashed Independent sheeplings she keeps on going and is now raising $1 million dollars a day, topping Obama.
But let’s reflect on things here folks; on perhaps the most important thing of this election that I think the Obama supporters have forgotten. Michigan and especially FLORIDA.
On March 4th chances are Hillary will win Texas and Ohio; worst case scenario is she loses Texas and wins Ohio + Rhode Island.

CNN just says on TV that John Kennedy’s Bay of Pig fiasco upset many cuban latinos, and most voted for republicans since, until lately that they are frustrated with the republican empty promises to them, and begin to vote democrats.
Now, Ted’s endorsement of Obama may remind them of John Kennedy, and may take votes away from him. Yesterday’s poll of Florida by Survey USA shows Hillary surges and beats Obama by 24 pts (52 vs 28), although there is no delegate. That is a psychological boost that Hillary needs now.
Ted’s endorsment of Obama may negatively affect him for cuban latino votes in other states as well?

On Tuesday, Nevada state officials raided ACORN’s Las Vegas office after election authorities accused the group of submitting multiple voter registrations with fake and duplicate names.
This group is inextricably linked to Barack Obama.
In addition to the Las Vegas raid, fraud allegations against ACORN keep piling up:
– Lake County, Ind., election officials this month rejected a large portion of the 5,000 registration forms ACORN turned in after conducting registration drives in the area all summer. Some vote canvassers had pulled names and addresses from telephone books and forged signatures.
According to local reports, “large numbers of voter registration forms bore signatures all in the same apparent handwriting style” and “apparently the organization’s canvassers broke rules to meet ACORN-set voter registration quotas to get paid.” The fake registrants included dead people and underage kids.
– Last month, Milwaukee, Wis., officials discovered at least seven felons employed as voter registration workers for ACORN and another affiliated group. They also uncovered a raft of problematic voter registration cards.
The state GOP accused ACORN of attempting to enroll dead, imprisoned or imaginary people to voter rolls. Fraud has plagued ACORN’s Milwaukee chapter since the last election cycle.
– In Florida, in Orange County alone, ACORN workers turned in multiple copycat forms for six separate voters over the summer. According to the Miami Herald, “One individual had 21 duplicate applications.”
Election officials had flagged ACORN’s negligent practices several months ago, but it may be too late: In Orange, Broward and Miami-Dade counties, ACORN has signed up 135,000 new voters, nearly 60 percent of them registered as Democrats that constitute a fifth of all new voters in that region.
– In Ohio, large numbers of homeless people received free van and bus rides to register. Shelby Holliday, a reporter for Palestra.net, filmed ACORN shuttling prospects to the polls. She told me she spoke with one homeless woman who told her ACORN “told her who to vote for if she wanted a ‘better life,’ and told her not to worry about jury duty (one of the reasons this homeless woman didn’t want to register) because the government probably wouldn’t be able to track her down. She was registering with a temporary address.”

Mass Protests if McCain wins? Jesse Jackson signs pledge.

Jesse Jackson has placed himself at the forefront of an online
movement
which claims that if McCain wins it will be the result of cheating. He
calls
for nationwide protests if McCain wins, according to a left-wing
website.
Calls for “nationwide civil disobedience,” a “non-violent occupation
of
Washing DC,” and “mass protests” are growing like wildfire on
left-wing
Internet websites.
Now a “Pledge of Action” is being circulated and notorious race
hustler [who
by his own admission doesn't even like Barack Oboma] Rev. Jesse
Jackson is
allegedly one of the initial signers. This according to the far-left
website
nomorestolenelections.org.
The Pledge states that Republicans cheated in 2000 and 2004. It
insinuates
that Republicans will cheat in 2008, despite the fact that mass voter
fraud
is being uncovered and it is all from Oboma supporters.
The pledge reads.

action in
2008 if the election is stolen again.
