Does Anyone Else See Through John Mccain’s Request To Delay The Debate?

2010 January 30

I am so sick of the games. This a political move and nothing more. During the debate the number one thing that would be discussed is the economy. McCain is very weak in this area, and he knows he will have issues. He has missed 412 votes out of 643 in the senate, but now he suddenly cares about whats going on? I can only hope that intelligent people will see through his crap. John McCain has missed more votes then any senator. Also, I am not a Barack Obama fan so spare me the back pedaling nonsense about how Barack is worse. Barack Obama was asked a series of question and here are the answers.
Question: Is McCain playing politics cancelling the debate?
Answer: This is exactly the time the American people need to hear from the people who will be dealing with this mess. … It’s more important than ever.
Lots of talk of bipartisanship … no bankruptcy reform in this package, and Republicans should hold off on their issues in this package.
Question: You staying in Florida or going back to DC?
Answer: If I can be helpful, I’ll go back. Talking to Paulson, Pelosi, Reid. As presidents, we’ll need to deal with more than one thing at a time.
Question: Should both you and McCain be present for vote for the package?
Answer: (Basically) yes, it’s important for the message.
Question: McCain has suspended his campaign ads … will you?
Answer: My general view is that the American people need to know what we’ll do to move the economy forward … I plan to debate.http://projects.washingtonpost.com/congr…http://www.americanprogressaction.org/is…

Well, maybe McCain needs to delay the debate because he didn’t have enough time for the pre-debate NAP his campaign said he’d be taking.
    “Where is the President?”
    “Shhhhhh! He’s napping!”
“Are you sure he’s still breathing?”
    “Get Palin on the phone!”
    “We can’t reach her…”
    “Why not?”
“She got lost building her bridge to nowhere…”

Only a liberal would make accusations in desperation against McCain. He be wrong if he did and wrong if he didn’t. It’s just not worth the effort.

see through? there’s nothing to “see through” since he’s DOING HIS JOB!
Barry isn’t doing his job or even acting presidential. He is being a politician!

The Democrats in Congress said they were not going to sign onto this bailout unless McCain did. They were going to take their cue from him. Of course they do not need Obama in Wash DC…they have Pelosi to lead their party. But it is at a stalemate now and if the Dems won’t sign some kind of legislation and the Republicans won’t then McCain needs to be there to break the stalemate and get something done before we go under.
The debate can be done next week for pete’s sake…..no big deal to postpone. The economic crisis needs to be taken care of now! Obama was probably going to vote present anyway as he is afraid to be held accountable.
So what is the big deal about waiting until the crisis is over to listen to a debate? Obama is just trying to turn it all his way….all talk at a debate and no walk by taking real action

YEP! That’s the name of the game! LOL
McCain first was upset that Obama would not meet him for the townhall meetings, now HE wants to get out of the debate.
They won’t let Palin talk…..(she’s too busy watching Russia from her house).
My God, we need to hear somebody talk……You can’t fix the economy in one day.

McPain is, as usual, unprepared to speak. He’s nearly as bad as Dumbya. Gobama!

McCain has put his ambitions to the side for the good of the country. May I remind you that McCain challenged Obama to weekly debates in town hall meetings starting in July. Obama refused. Now when we are in a crisis, that Obama says is the biggest crisis since the 1929 depression, he wants to debate, rather than going to work on the problem. One is a patriot, the other a talker.
