Should We Even Count Wyoming?

Come on people… Obama Wins Wyoming!!! That is the way it looks on the front page of Yahoo. Do you think we should really count Wyoming when the number of votes almost ads up to a high school I went to in Houston, TX.
Hillary Clinton won Florida by a huge number… even more votes then the Republican winner. And in Texas she wins by over 100,000 … and we consider this a win that deserves an exclamation point?
Just confused. I assure you Wyoming will not vote fore Obama in the general election. They wouldn’t vote for Hillary either… it is a Red Red Red Republican state.
Your thoughts?

Obama won 2 more delegates than hilary in wyoming that’s hardly a victory but it still is a win. Yes we should count it this is America one for all all for one.
Noone is considering this a big win but you he gained 2 delegates.

Wyoming is a very small victory for Obama, and he certainly didn’t sweep that states delegates.
I see some of the Obama kids are on here answering election questions, when they should be getting ready for bed.

Obama is the overall winner of Texas. I’m well aware that only the large states matter to Hillary. Small states matter.

You make a very good point. I am a Hillary fan but in all realism I do not believe she can win. I would be happy with Obama too and I do believe that once Clinton bows out, then we worry about whether or not Wyoming should even be shown on CNN a key talking point (which it shouldn’t.) There is still another Texas vote that hasn’t been counted (or half counted for that matter.) These CNN air-heads should be focused on that out come, not a state that has 18 delegates and less democratic voters in it than a suburban town. I mean the last time Wyoming voted blue was in the 60’s.

Obama wasn’t even on the ballot in Florida! He followed the DNC rules and Hillary didn’t. But I’m sure that doesn’t make a bit of difference to a Machiavellian Clintonite. Like you.
All I have to say is: I didn’t just endure 7 years of Bush to tolerate 4 years of the same snake.
If Hillary wins the nomination; the Democrats will lose the general election.
AND I HOPE IT SPLITS THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY!!!

It must have been exciting for Wyomingites to share some of the spotlight, Hillary held her own at 60-40. McCain will win Wyoming by just being on the ballot.

Or my small home state. Yes, we should all just not vote at all, since well, the big states elect the President anyway. Thanks for the tip, I’ll stay home and let cabbage grow in my ears. Or maybe YES, we should count everyone who takes the time to go out and vote, rather than those who have ‘better things to do’ or make up excuses and don’t make their mark, have their say, in who runs their country.

obama didnt campaign in FL bc he knew their votes were not being counted by the DNC.
So the old folks in FL went into the booth and voted on pure name recognition. thats how hitlery won FL.

Obama did not campaign in Florida. All candidates thought it would not count. Sorry you cannot change the rules in mid game, only crooks do that.

Why are you so sure Wyoming is going to be a red state come November?
Wyoming has DEMOCRATIC governor that was re-elected.
In the last election, the republican house of representative barely beat out the democrat running.
There are a lot more democrats here than you might think and I wouldn’t be surprised if come November we do put our electoral votes towards a democratic president and we do elect a democrat to the house.

When you start deciding whose votes should count and whose shouldn’t based on reasoning such as your’s, you’re looking for trouble.
Of course Wyoming is going to vote Republican in November, but when citizens of swing states such as Florida, Ohio and Wisconsis see how a certain polical party so causually discards the votes of Wyoming, they will be apprehensive that some day, their votes will be so treated, and will flock to the other party.

Hillary evidently thought Wyoming should count. She’s been campaigning there this week, hoping to win it. See the story in my source.
Texas isn’t going to vote for a Democrat in the general election either — it is also a red red red state. So should we disregard the Texas vote?

YES, over half of U.S. coal production comes from Wyoming and soon most of California’s Electricity will come from Coal Fired Wyoming Electric Generating Plants.
