With everything we’ve witnessed this year from voters being disenfranchised in Florida and Michigan, violent attacks by one camp on another, dirty tricks squads, racist tactics and words, and now Representative Sheila Jackson-Lee is booed in Texas. Her crime? She supports Hillary instead of Obama. Does this mean that democrats believe very little in demcracy and more in cornonations?

I’m a Republican, by the way. But even I see what is happening. The American people who voted in Michigan, Florida, and Texas clearly wanted Hillary. But the corrupt DNC stole all of hillary’s delagates, and just gave them to Obama. Doesn’t the DNC realize that if they go against the will of the American people, they will LOSE in November? If they don’t pick the candidate that America wants (Hillary), all of Hillary’s supporters will vote for McCain in November. Of course I like that, since I ‘m a REpublican and I vote for McCain anyway, but even I have to admit that it isn’t fair to the majority of Democrats, since they mostly voted for Hillary and their votes were disreguarded.

A Democratic National Committee group is significantly expanding a healthcare ad buy that Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) last week called a “waste of money.”
The advertisement will run in 15 new markets, targeting centrist Democrats whose support for the leading Congressional healthcare proposals is crucial.
The 30-second ad, “It’s Time,” features the stories of five Americans who have been affected by what Democrats say is “the broken care system.”
The original ad buy was for television markets in Maine, Arkansas, Indiana, Florida, Louisiana, North Dakota, Nebraska and Ohio.
Asked about the ad last week, Reid didn’t mince words in voicing his displeasure.
“I think it’s a waste of money,” Reid said. “Democrats running ads against Democrats?”

If the Michigan and Florida democratic party does not pay for holding their elections—the tax-payers are sure getting shafted—since the party has made the rules for the State as to election date and letting the tax-payers pick up the bill– and this year the voters will not have representation at their convention.

Not only we can do away with Republicans, but maybe the Democrat party is doing the wrong things, and Hillary is doing the right things?
Was she thanking all the voters of florida for still coming out and supporting the Democratic party? Or was it thank you for picking me?
Her numbers actually dropped a little in Florida compared to the early-voter count.
If her numbers keep dropping, was her visit to Florida really a support of all Democrat voters that came out today? Will she go back and ask her 51% to vote in the National Election if her delegates and votes go a little too low for her to be the ONE?

Just wondering who else is going to enjoy seeing the court challenges by Republicans after the election this year. It’s a historical fact that the Democratic Party has been the Party of voter fraud during the 20th Century won’t it be sweetly ironic to use the Courts against them like they have been doing for the past few elections ? After all what’s good for the Goose is good for the Gander right ?
Documented examples include Ilinois, Winconsin, Louisiana, California, Florida etc…. Felons were registered to vote, Illegals registered to vote, names of the dead registered to vote, casting mulitiple votes etc….

Why Are Democratic Superdelegates Losing The Big Picture?

Superdelegates are claiming that Obama has a numbers advantage, and so they want to be on the winning side. Yet this argument has several MAJOR flaws:
-The actual delegate difference is small, while the popular vote difference is only about 1%.
-The “technicality” of Obama’s lead should not overshadow the more important thing: THE KEY IS WINNING IN NOVEMBER, NOT THE NOMINATION!
As always, Democrats fail to see the forest for the trees, they keep talking about how Hillary cannot win, how Obama is the winning candidate..but the issue is not who has that one extra or few extra delegates. Recall, the superdelegate process was created precisely because it aimed to prevent a scenario of an UNELECTABLE candidate winning the most delegates. Obama is less likely than Hillary to beat McCain, not because he would do poor nationally, but because he would do poor where it counts: the swing states of Florida, Ohio., Michigan and Pennsylvania. Are Democrats this stupid and narrow minded?

He was relected in 2006 with 60% of the vote and is very popular in Florida. What would be potential costs/benefits of this choice and would it help the Democrats in the South in 2008?
